Salted Caramel Brownies


     Salted Caramel Brownie Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/3 cup cocoa

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1/2 cup butter

1/4

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

2/3 cup flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 cup chopped pecans

 1/3 cup caramel (toffee) chips

1 tsp margarine

1 tsp milk

Salt flakes fleur de sel

 

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350.

 Melt the chocolate chips, cocoa, oil and butter in a saucepan.

 Bake in center of preheated oven for 20 to 25 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with just a few crumbs clinging to it.

 Melt caramel chips (I used a few milk and caramel candies) with margarine and milk. Drizle over the top of the brownies while still warm.

Sprinkle salt flakes on top.

 Remove the brownie with the paper from the pan and cut into bars.
