A great appetizers for fish and sushi lovers.
I had fun making these rolls. They are especially great for parties. Well, I know the Holidays are long gone and forgotten but that is no reason why we can’t have a party, right? Besides, Valentines it is coming soon…
I hope you enjoy this fun and easy sushi recipe as much as I had fun making them.
Ingredients:
4 sheets of Nori
1 lb. (454gr.) smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup grated feta cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 tsp. finely chopped capers
1 cucumber, julienned
Directions:
In a bowl mix together goat cheese, cream cheese and feta cheese. Add onion and capers; mix well.
To make the sushi rolls, place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
Cover nori sheet with slices of smoked salmon until sheet is completely covered.
Spread with a thin layer of the cheese mixture.
Run a line of cucumbers in the center.
Roll it up. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets.
Using a sharp knife cut rolls into slices.
To serve, arrange them on a platter.
Enjoy!
