Cream Cheese Glaze

I like a cream cheese glaze but the ones you find out there, they are usually very sweet ( for my taste anyhow) more sugar, less cream cheese, so I just made my own version, a less sugary one :-)
This is a simple and easy glaze to use on Cinnamon Rolls, sticky buns, carrot cake or anything else that you might need a cream cheese glaze for. Super easy to make.

4 oz. (120 gr.) cream cheese, at room temperature
5-6 tbsp. icing sugar
5-6 tbsp. milk 2%

Place cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl.  Add the icing sugar and mix to blend.

Slowly beat in the milk until is smooth and creamy. Add as much milk as needed to make a sauce.

Drizzle over your rolls, buns or cakes for a delicious topping.

Happy Glazing!

TIP: Sprinkle toasted, chopped walnuts or pecans over the glazed for a delicious, nutty finish.
