Ingredients:
2 medium turnips
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 tsp. lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper (or peppercorn)
Peel turnips and using a large grated , shred it into a medium size bow. Sprinkle with salt and mix well together with a wooden spoon.
Drizzle the oil and lemon juice on the turnips; toss together to blend . Add more salt if required.
Place turnips into a serving bowl. Sprinkle top with freshly ground pepper. Serve.
Serves: 4-6
