2 cups flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Place dough on a floured surface and roll dough out to 3/4 inch thickness. Using a round cutter dipped in flour, cut rounds and place them on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until top is light brown.
