Impress your guests with this, easiest appetizer ever.
Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon fillets, thinly sliced
2-3 endive lettuce
green onions, optional
Wash and cut the ends of the endives. Separate leaves and place on a plate.
Roll the smoked salmon fillets into individual rolls, aand place one roll into each endive leaf. Set them on a serving platter.
Place some green onions in between the leaves.
Serve
