Marinated drumsticks, coated with "shake ’n bake", than baked to perfection...they come out, crispy outside and juicy inside. Simply delicious!
10 chicken drumsticks
3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 pkg. of Original Shake’ n Bake
Place drumsticks into a bowl.
To make the marinade, mix together crushed garlic, oil, seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, vinegar and water. Pour marinade over chicken and toss to coat. Cover and place bowl in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Lightly grease a 9x14 inch pan with oil. Empty shake ‘n bake into dip plate or a bowl.
Shake off excess marinade and roll each drumstick into the shake’ n bake and place them in the pan. Cover chicken with an aluminum foil and bake at 375 F for 1 hour, to 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken is done and is no longer pink inside.
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
