A wonderful dip to share with your guests, if you are hosting a party over the holiday season.
Ingredients:
1-12 ounce jar, marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mash artichoke hearts with a fork.
Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Empty into a small baking dish. Bake at 350 F, for 25 minutes or until bubbly and slight browned.
Serve warm.
