Turkey Meat Patties


Turkey Meat Patties


1 lb. ground dark turkey meat
2 eggs
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 buns, soaked, (in water) squeezed and chopped
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley, minced
1 tsp paprika

Oil for frying

Place ground  turkey meat into a medium  size  bowl. Add eggs, garlic, squeezed bread, seasoning salt, pepper, parsley and paprika.  Mix well together.

Place oil in the pan, to cover the bottom of the pan. Take spoonful at a time and form into balls. Fry them in oil, on both sides, until brown.  Remove to a serving dish.

Serve warm with  mashed potatoes.

They can be served cold also, as appetizers.

Makes: About 24 balls

TIP: To remove some of the excess oil from frying, remove balls  onto a paper towel covered plate.
