1 cup milk
1/8 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
raw cane sugar, for topping
Pour milk into a pot and heat on medium heat until steamy hot. Whisk with an electric whisker until foamy, for about 1 minute.
Pour coffee into a mug. Stir in vanilla. Pour in milk holding back the foam with a spoon, then spoon foam over the top.
Sprinkle with raw cane sugar, vanilla sugar or cinnamon or all three.
